וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֱלֹהִ֔ים יְהִ֥י רָקִ֖יעַ בְּת֣וֹךְ הַמָּ֑יִם וִיהִ֣י מַבְדִּ֔יל בֵּ֥ין מַ֖יִם לָמָֽיִם׃
Und Gott sprach: Es werde eine Ausdehnung mitten im Wasser, und sie scheide zwischen Wasser und Wasser.

And the Lord said, Let there be an expanse in the midst of the waters, and let it separate between the waters above and the waters beneath.
